20 Reasons not to DIY
The phrase “do it yourself” (or it’s acronym DIY) came into common usage in the 1950s in reference to various jobs that people could do in and around their own houses without the help of professionals. A very active community of people continues to use the term DIY to refer to fabricating or repairing things for home needs, on one’s own rather than purchasing them or paying for professional repair. In other words, home improvement done by the householder without the aid of paid professionals.

Being a real man comes with tons of expectations and responsabilities which include simple things such as ‘EEEK honey, there is a spider on the shower’ to ‘EEEEK honey, we need a new door for the Pinto again’.
Do you call an exterminator to kill that spider? HELL NO! Do you buy a new door for your car? HELL NO! This is what men are born to do, kill things and fix stuff. We don’t need any help from anyone thank you very much.
Here is a homage to the men who were manly enough not to call for help and fix things on their own, creating some of the must original, unusual, inventive and downright precarious repairs we’ve ever seen.
