Stephon Marbury is losing his mind – and you can watch
It appears that former Knicks guard Stephon Marbury just can’t stand being out of the limelight. Being as his NBA career is no doubt over, “Starbury” instead took the Web last Friday and began streaming a 24-hour live video session from his Los Angeles home. He so far has rambled on a majority of topics, only some of which had to do with basketball.
“Do I believe in aliens?” Marbury responded to viewers at one point. “I don’t know, because I’ve never seen one. But I believe in Jesus because I saw him in the shower the other day.”
WTF?
Another great quote:
“Michael Jackson? I wanted to meet him. I still want to meet him. One day I will meet Michael Jackson,” said Marbury.

He also balled while playing the song “Lean On Me.”
But that’s nowhere near the best part. Marbury told his viewers that there was a secret remedy in his family for sore throats. That remedy? Eating Vaseline. So of course he did.
This isn’t exactly the way to get another job in the NBA. But maybe reality TV is in Starbury’s future.
Marbury does have a game plan mapped out should he leave the NBA.
“If I go overseas, it’s going to be like playing in high school again,” he said. “I’m going to go over there with the mind frame that I’m going to average 50. That’s my word. I’m going over there with a different mind frame.”
Please go, Starbury. Please. Your act is tired.
