The story of this uber waif of a runway model is not totally know. She is, however, wanted in 17 countries for international promotion of masturbation (felony). We also know that she is barely legal, and that the world of high fashion and modeling is surely holding her to its loving, nurturing bosom.
Model scout Kevin Ellis spotted Candice for sale at a flea market in Durban South Africa. Now, she’s doing tons of shows and print, and is being touted as the South African Kate Moss. She supposedly hit the runway at the nubile age of 16. Candice is the first South-African model to walk in the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.
