Nicole Kidman gives birth to healthy baby girl

Australian film star Nicole Kidman and husband country music singer Keith Urban welcomed a baby girl on Monday, calling her Sunday Rose.
“Nicole and Keith Urban are delighted to announce that Nicole Kidman gave birth to a baby girl on Monday morning, July 7, 2008 in the United States,” her agent, Allen Eichhorn, said in a statement.
“Sunday Rose Kidman Urban weighed six pounds, seven and a half ounces (2.9 kilograms). Husband Keith was by Nicole’s side and mother and baby are very well,” he said.
The baby is the 41-year-old actress’s first biological child. She adopted a boy and a girl when she was married to Hollywood actor Tom Cruise.
