Jennifer Lopez sues Ojani Noa, delays sex tape release
Jennifer Lopez has filed a $10 million breach of contract lawsuit against ex-husband Ojani Noa.
On Friday, the actress/singer filed papers in LA County Superior Court in response to the Cuban-born chef’s planned satire film, How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The JLo and Ojani Noa Story, as well as his alleged intentions to peddle “11+ hours of previously unseen home video footage.”
The footage reportedly features “sexual situations” from the former couple’s honeymoon.
After Noa attempted to write a tell-all book about his marriage to Lopez in 2006, he was slammed with an injunction which reportedly bars him from “licensing, disseminating, distribution… any book manuscript or other written materials which contain private or intimate details about Lopez or Noa’s relationship with Lopez.”
Jennifer and Ojani were married from 1997 to 1998.

I don’t know why these stars even bother suing over their sex tapes. They only bring more attention to them, and they are undoubtedly going to leak anyway.
