Dr. Phil has been slammed with a lawsuit from a woman alleging the TV shrink groped her during a therapy session in 2007.
Shirley Dieu alleges that Dr. Phil full name Philip McGraw – forced her to “be in the same room with a completely naked live man while he exposed his entire naked body, genitals and all.” Dieu filed suit in Los Angeles Country Superior Court on Wednesday claiming the TV personality touched her breast and held her captive in his office.
The suit goes on to claim “Tell It Like IT Is Phil” — whose rise to fame began with a series of guest appearances on Oprah — tried to “brainwash” Dieu, who was allegedly “blocked by the staff to prevent her from leaving,” according to TMZ.com.
Dieu is seeking unspecified damages.
